We have a serious problem in Missouri. Yesterday was Todd Akin's last day to withdraw, and the deadline passed -- he's not going anywhere. Polls show Akin is within the margin of error, and right wing groups have spent $15 million attacking Claire. Bottom line: Akin -- the guy who actually talked about "legitimate rape" -- could become a United States senator.
Losing an advocate like Claire is, in a word, unacceptable. That's why we need to fight hard, and we need to fight now.
