PANEL DISCUSSION ON CYBER CRIME

citizens_crime_commission_banner_nyreblog_com_.jpgThe Citizens Crime Commission of New York City is hosting a panel discussion on cyber crime issues with the NYU Institute for Public Knowledge, featuring special guest U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand.

Other guests include Chris Sonderby, Associate General Counsel of Facebook; FBI Special Agent in Charge of the Cyber/Special Operations Division, Mary Galligan; and Senior Faculty Fellow at the Information Law Institute and NYU Media, Culture, and Communication Professor, Helen Nissenbaum.

Crime Commission President Richard Aborn will moderate and NYU President John Sexton will deliver introductions.

The event will be held on Monday, January 23rd at 8 AM at NYU's Kimmel Center, Eisner & Lubin Auditorium, 4th Floor, 60 Washington Square South.
