This is the face of today's Republican Party: Mitt Romney. Todd Akin. Paul Ryan.
They're trumpeting their backwards, anti-woman agenda from their national stage in Tampa. And they're doing it with blatant dishonesty.

They want you to believe that they're not waging a War on Women. Or that they wouldn't tear apart Medicare on the backs of the women and families who need it most. Or that "legitimate rape" is the belief of only a couple outliers. Well -- that's just plain false. We know exactly what we're seeing: the extreme GOP is the only GOP, and they're willing to say anything to try to distract from their violently anti-woman agenda.
But we've got the women candidates to stop them in their tracks. So now is when we take decisive action. Now is when we fight back and make sure we can elect the Democratic women who will hold these guys accountable. And the way to defeat these extremists is by helping us raise $100,000 by August 31.
It's go time. We're down to the last few months of the campaign, and we can't afford to waste a single second. A Romney/Ryan White House -- and a Republican Congress -- would be absolutely devastating to women and families. We've got to fight back with everything we've got. Let's do it right now.
