- Public Safety Graffiti Penalty Schedule (OATH/ECB) -- Written comments must be submitted by Aug. 16, 2011.
- Revocation Rules for Tax Exemption Under RPTL 420-c,421-a,421-b,488-a,489 (HPD) -- Rule takes effect Aug. 11, 2011.
- No Smoking in Pedestrian Plazas (DOT) -- Rule takes effect Aug. 15, 2011.
