HONORING A HERO CABBIE

Markowitz Press Release.JPGTomorrow (Tuesday, March 1) at noon the National Arts Club is honoring Brooklyn cab driver Zubiru Jalloh, who returned $100,000 worth of jewelry, photographs, and cash left in the back seat of his cab. The valuables were returned to John James, the brother of National Arts Club president O. Aldon James. Aldon will join BP Markowitz and others tomorrow to recognize the good work of Mr. Jalloh, who is a father of three from Sierra Leone.

The location of the National Arts Club is 15 Gramercy Park South, between Park Avenue South and Irving Place, in the East Parlor.
