I'm doing everything I can in these closing weeks to remind folks of the consequences of inaction. Republicans have an agenda to take America right back to the extreme right-wing policies of privatizing Social Security and Medicare, giving tax breaks to the wealthiest few, and putting power back in the hands of corporate special interests, and increasing the deficit while railing against it.
Here is why your personal commitment matters. Republicans are on the air in all of these toss-up races that will determine the balance of power in the House. And the big lesson we learned from all of our successful elections -- 1992, 2006, and 2008 is this: The only answer for combat is combat.
