On Thursday, Barbara officially kicked off our September 1 money bomb -- an online effort to raise money and show strong grassroots support for Barbara, all in one day.
The goal? To generate 10,000 individual pledges by this Wednesday, and in the process, to hit our target of 100,000 grassroots donors to the campaign.
Reaching "100,000 Strong for Boxer" would be a powerful demonstration of Barbara's grassroots support -- on the same day as the Boxer-Fiorina debate in the Bay Area.
But if we're going to make it, we need you to stand with us.
We've gotten off to a good start over these past 48 hours, already moving past 2,000 pledges for Wednesday's money bomb.
But we still need to secure nearly 8,000 more pledges to reach our ambitious goal.
If you haven't contributed to Barbara's campaign in the past, now is the time. We need your help to demonstrate Barbara's strong grassroots support on Wednesday -- and show Carly Fiorina that 100,000 Boxer supporters are ready for whatever they throw our way.
