Congratulations! Your name was randomly selected from the drawing for the New Year's Day Open House at the Executive Mansion hosted by Governor David A. Paterson and First Lady Michelle Paige Paterson.
This e-mail is your ticket for admission.
It contains important information regarding the Open House.
Although the Open House officially runs from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, we have randomly divided attendees into smaller groups in order to minimize wait times on what may be a cold morning. You should plan to arrive at 10:15 AM.
This ticket permits you to bring one guest and any minor children in your household. Please remember, however, that all minor children must be accompanied by an adult. All parties must bring a copy of this email, and a valid form of photo ID. Forms of valid photo ID include non-expired NYS Driver's License, NYS Non-Driver's ID Card, U.S. Passport and Military ID. The full name of your adult guest must be submitted by the close of business on December 31st. Please forward that information to [DELETED].
The Executive Mansion is located at 138 Eagle Street in Albany. In addition to on-street parking, free parking is available at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception or New York State Museum lots, both of which are located on Madison Avenue, just off Eagle Street.
Guests are reminded that weapons and controlled substances as well as bags, backpacks, luggage, parcels, briefcases, and like articles will be strictly prohibited from the event sites. Photography and videography devices will not be allowed on the premises. There will no be a storage or "check-in" area available to leave items while touring the Mansion.
