Here's another event going down at City Hall on Thursday, October 30, 2008, in honor of "Diwali" or "Deepavali" -- a Hindu holiday:

in celebrating Deepavali, the festival of lights.

The event is free; all are welcome to join.
Entrances are on Broadway at Murray Street or Park Row at Brooklyn Bridge.
