Our friends at the Greenwich Village-Chelsea Chamber of Commerce (GVCCC) have asked us to invite you to try something Mediterranean.
On Thursday, October 25, 2007, at 6:30 PM, Timothy Reardon, Executive Chef of Barbounia , will create "a selection of bold cuisines with distinctive flavors, fresh ingredients and innovative design" for all to enjoy.

If that's a bit too exotic for you, the GVCCC is having its annual Halloween party on Monday, October 29, 2007, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM, at Piola , 48 East 12th (between University & Broadway).
The GVCCC is marketing the event as a networking opportunity.
The flyer notes: "The 'After Hours Mixer' events are specifically designed to provide an ongoing forum for members to mix, meet, and make meaningful connections in a fun and entertaining setting after work."
While the event is free for Chamber members, it is open to the public for a modest fee of $10.
