The First Department Guardianship Roundtable:
A Frank and Open Discussion of Guardianship Problems

This program will provide a frank discussion concerning problems faced by guardian justices and practitioners. In addition to the usual Q and A, members who would like to ask questions without attribution are invited to email those questions to Sylvia E. Di Pietro at femalelitigator@yahoo.com. Selected questions will be addressed by the panel of justices. In addition to judges and practitioners, this program should be of interest to providers of services to the guardianship community, such as community guardians, court examiners, court guardianship departments and government agency personnel.
