NEWLY CONSTRUCTED APARTMENTS FOR RENT AT 860 EAST 161ST STREET IN THE LONGWOOD SECTION OF THE BRONX

Longwood Gardens LLC is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for 25 affordable housing rental apartments under construction at 860 East 161st Street in the Longwood section of the Bronx, New York.  This building is being constructed through the New Housing Opportunities Program (New HOP) of the New York City Housing Development Corporation and the Multifamily New Construction Participation Loan Program of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.
