State Senate Housing Committee Chairman -

Senator Pedro Espada, Jr. Holding a Affordable Housing Summit at NYU

Senator Pedro Espada, Jr. will hold an Affordable Housing Summit to analyze the impact of rent regulation on the City's economy at NYU this Thursday.  The audience will have a chance to participate in an audience Q&A, on several critical issues, including: the impact of the rent regulation system on the city's economy, tenants, landlords and developers; strategies that preserve existing and encourage construction of new affordable housing during this economic crisis, and a plan that helps New Yorkers survive the foreclosure and credit crisis.
It's important for RSA members to attend this hearing and make sure that the owner's point of view is heard.  YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER.
