I don't know that Mr. Reddy is wrong for pointing out that Ms. Anderson has violated NY State Election Law i accepting this money from Seth Rubenstein. The fact that Anderson is bankrolled by a wealthy trusts and estates lawyer is something the voters should know. Is it going negative to mail out a fyler that points out the same facts that where in a Daily News article? Facts are facts and the law is the law. Anderson has violated it. Reddy is the only candidate serious about Surrogate Court Reform.

This was a dirty, slimy, disgusting move. It was certainly unbecoming of someone who wants to be a judge.
I question the ethics of it all. As far as I can tell, Mr. Reddy's name can not be found anywhere on that mailer. That's a problem.
If Mr. Reddy was so appalled by the impropriety of his opponent's alleged "financial arrangements," and if he is such a man of principal, why not prominently show his name and face in the piece? Who/what was he hiding from?
Reddy is a coward and is unfit to serve as our next Surrogate!
