LUCAS IS A SUPER LAWYER!
Although we were sworn to secrecy for months, it's now official ....
For a second year in a row, our partner, Lucas A. Ferrara will appear in "Super Lawyers" magazine -- a honor accorded to only 5% of the lawyers practicing in the New York Metropolitan Area.
While the selection process is somewhat of a mystery, we understand candidates are vetted by the publication's research staff, subject to a peer-review panel, and selected by a voting process with only the highest scoring lawyers accepted for inclusion.
The publication is slated to be released as a supplement to the New York Times on Sunday, September 28, 2008.

Ginesy, luv, don't fall for that [DELETED]. Everyone knows the real "mystery" about all those [DELETED] super lawyers is that they pay THOUSANDS to get their ugly [DELETED] in that [DELETED] magazine.
Its no better than all that "Who's Who" crap everyone gets in the mail starting the minute were born.
