A reader advises that Nancy Bannon -- candidate for New York County Civil Court -- hasn't filed any financial disclosure statements with the New York State Board of Elections (NYSBOE).
(Filings were due on Tuesday, July 15, 2008.)

UPDATE (4:30 PM)
We were just advised by a member of the Bannon campaign team that the papers were "timely filed" with the NYSBOE and that this is a posting delay on the agency's end.

Where's the filing receipt? Why are the Bannon people so quiet? Is it because they think they're above the law or they know they broke it?

Let's not jump the gun here. There is an official 5-day grace period, and an unofficial 29-day period before the BOE sends a letter to the campaign.
