Where's Wonka. We need him to whine that Serrano must have no support in the Bronx if he's having a fundraiser in Manhattan?
He only squeaks by with about 90% of the vote every time he runs.

There's something to be said about that. If you're so loved by your constituents why bother raising moneys from people outside your turf?
