NO SYMPATHY FOR THIS DELINQUENT
In the Matter of Kenyetta F., Kenyetta was found guilty of acts which -- if committed by an adult -- would have comprised the crimes of robbery, assault, attempted robbery, conspiracy, and criminal facilitation.
As a result, Kenyetta was adjudicated by a Queens County Family Court Judge to be a "juvenile delinquent," placed with the Office of Children and Family Services for 18 months, and, denied credit for "time served."
The Family Court was of the opinion that Kenyetta's release from detention would not serve her best interests or adequately protect the community. On appeal, the Appellate Division, Second Department, agreed and found the outcome consistent with the "weight of the evidence."
(Kenyetta reportedly approached an individual on the street "detained him with questions," and allowed others to attack and steal his belongings.)
We dare you to beat that!

Comments
I see all you people are against cops and in favor of criminals. Wait until you are a victim of a crime like this, then you will appreciate the men and women in law enforcement who are out there for us every day.
Juvenile or not. This poor excuse for a human being got off easy. She should go away for a long long time.

"[Y]ou people." It wouldn't be that our names end in vowels now -- would it?

Thumper,
You'll be singing a new song after your daughter and her friends get arrested for some minor altercation, dwi sting or minor drug charge, get put in the cooler at the Tombs and get to spend 24 hours eating stale bologna sandwiches. You'll be calling one of us every 15 minutes, all day, to find out when her case is going to get called in the Arraignment Part.

"[y]ou people" are against law enforcement ... everybody makes a mistake ... but when the law is broken and the crime is severe ... people should do the time ... thats law and order

So it's law enforcement they seek. I will line 5th Avenue with their heads. How's that for law enforcement.

How lacking in aesthetics you all are. We need to capture these bigoted miscreants, tattoo their buttocks red, white and green, and parade them through the streets.

Hillarious comments but ...YOU people WERE the running the show til your crime families lost it. Now you are an embarassment. These days its like looking for an Italian hero ... you'll find one in a deli ... maybe.

I don't think so.
300 Sicilians have terrorized and provided vicarious thrills to a country of 300 million people for the past 80 years. Come back to 80 years from now and reopen the discussion.

It's "figliu di troia" in Sicilian.
