COCKTAILS WITH RANGEL, CROWLEY, MALONEY & NADLER

Here's a reminder about a special event being held on Friday.

Congress members Charles Rangel, Joe Crowley, Carolyn Maloney, and Jerrald Nadler, are hosting a reception for Christine Jennings, a Democratic candidate for Congress (Florida, 13th District) on Friday, June 13, 2008, from 5:30 to 8:30 P.M., at the home of Betsy Malcolm on Central Park West (here in Manhattan).

In 2006, Republican Vern Buchanan beat Chris by only 373 votes in Florida's 13th District (Sarasota and Tampa). With less than one half of one percent of the vote, an automatic recount was triggered and the Republican candidate ultimately won by 369 votes.

Christine Jennings is a smart, self-made leader who rose from humble beginnings to become the CEO of a Florida bank.  Let's help her take back this seat in 2008!
