IS GREENBERG TRAURIG GOING TO JAIL?
The People of Guam have charged Greenberg Traurig, LLP (GT) with a series of felonies including "conspiracy for unlawful influence," "theft by deception," "conspiracy for theft by deception," "conspiracy for misapplication of entrusted funds," and "theft" by "illegal and improper billing of funds."
GT is alleged to have used monies charged to the Superior Court of Guam for lobbying activities "unrelated to judicial purposes."
