FEELING CONGESTED?

The New York City Traffic Congestion Mitigation Commission has scheduled a hearing on Mayor Bloomberg's Congestion Pricing Plan.

This Commission has been encharged with developing a proposal which will be submitted to the New York City Council and the New York State Legislature for approval (or rejection).
